Its not a link generator. It uses a proxy list (which you have to find, and there are lots of sites in the www offering free proxy lists, so its easy) to access the Proxies and download the files.
The only thing you have to do is to copy and paste your download link, then enter the CAPTCHA thing..
and your download starts.
The speed, always depending on the Proxies you use, is almost always ok.

Those greedy @$*. After almost three days of bring searching i came across another but working way - A Premium Cookie Generator. After much further research i found the correct file and changed it to a executive file so that you can correctly enter your cookies directory and install it. since it uses no userids or passwords i decided to upload it for users like me in order to prevent users like the above from decieving users and increasing their points. This is the most easy but scientific way to get a premium account

Do the following carefully. If you succeed in the following 2 steps, you can have a lifetime account form Rapidshare - that is until they close down the company.

Step (1): Identify where the premium cookie will be stored. To do this, (i) go to http://www.rapidshare.com and click under Premium, the Login tab and enter “Check� for both username and password. You’re doing this to trick your computer to store a cookie, so you can find out the exact location where Rapidshare hides its Premium Cookies, and calls them whenever you login to the premium zone. (ii) Then go to your browser’s Tools tab, click Internet Options. Under “general� tab, you’ll see the Temporary Internel Files - here click “Settings�, and click “View Files�. A Window will open. MAKE A NOTE OF THE LOCATION OF THIS FOLDER. THIS IS WHERE YOU’LL INSTALL THE PREMIUM COOKIE. (iii) Then, in this folder click on “Last Modified� tab, and look for a text file that was modified on
today’s date, and named “Cookie:’XXXX’@rapidshare.com/� . (Replace XXXX with your login name on this your PC). TAKE A NOTE OF THIS FILE. YOU HAVE TO DELETE THIS FILE BEFORE YOU INSTALL THE PREMIUM COOKIE.

Second Step: Download the file from the link below, and extract the setup file named PremiumCookie.exe and install the Premium Cookie in your Temporary Internet Folder. When propmpted for the folder
to be installed, remember to enter the folder name you noted down in Step 1.

You already know how to change the IP using the command prompt, with ipconfig/ flushdns, release, etc.
But I found a way to change a static IP (ISP). All people have a IP or ISP. So it ALWAYS works.

i hav another way to download rapidshare, megaupload.etc witout havin to wait fo hours or get an premium account. it only work if u hav dsl or other high speed internet, everytime u download a link and it ask u to wait an hour or soo, just turn off ur modem and wait like 30 sec then turn ur modem bak on and wait another 30 sec, by doin this the modem reset ur ip or change to a different one and u can download witout watin hours, i dont kno if this trick has been post here or not cus me and my friend found this out on our own
