Hidden backup is useful when your data directory has been deleted accidentally then when you run Iticale Accounting, it will recover accounts data automatically from hidden data quickly with a hot swap method but best security of accounts data.
We recommend you that weekly you create a backup on a flash memory or cd for your archives
