i ran regifile. but every time i restart my laptop its not activated agian!

That’s the point. If you do it illegally, you’ll burn your fingers on it.
Come on, if you want to get good software download Linux, it is open source and legal. Linux never failed me yet and neither did Windows NT and up. Btw: Windows 2.x, 3.x, 9X and ME did sometimes fail on me, since the basic operating system was MS-DOS. I have never liked MS-DOS, because it had some very weak points like real-mode adressing, a poorly implemented file system, it didn’t multitask (well).
But if you like Windows, please buy a license! Purchasing an OEM license of Windows will save you a lot of money and you are a legal user.
