It’s called Window Handles, if an out-of-range window is brought in front of the primary window, it’ll appear over the primary window.

Sometimes, programs will block modifications to the Registry. Which is how the spoofer works, it writes directly to the registry and then back out to your browsers Proxy console.
Some programs which may (silently, too) block the spoofer from writing to the registry are:
McAfee, Process Guard, Kaspersky Anti-Hacker, Norton Anti-Virus, and others… Just enable them to allow “Script Access” which will allow Rapid Hacker to modify the Registry keys to allow you to be able to spoof yourself under the Rapid Hacker client.
To get proxies, goto http://www.google.com and keyword: Proxy Lists.

I’m sorry to ask again but my IP still doesn’t spoof, I got the proxy list, i checked if the proxys were working, i have avg antivirus and i haven’t found an option to enable or disable script access.
what am I doing wrong?

What type of connection are you using. e.g DSL, Cable? (You cannot spoof behind a Dialup connection.)

Check if DHCP is enabled, if not, enable it. if all else fails…
Check with your ISP, and ask if they allow IP Address Spoofing. And if they do, ask them, some story, about why you can’t spoof, as I don’t know what kind of modem/isp you’re using.

I have DSL connection, and I also have a wireless router. My connection is like this: the internet cable goes to the DSL modem,a cable goes to the wireless router and a cable from the router goes to my PC.Maybe the router is causing problems?

I’m having the same exact problem as lolzkoil I believe, except my ISP is cable instead of DSL. Like he said, my PC is connected directly to my Linksys BEFW11S4 router with through an ethernet cable. My router is then connected to my cable modem (my ISP is RoadRunner if that helps) and then the spoils of the internet are mine. ^_^ Anyway, I do in fact have DHCP enabled also.
So, does anyone have a solution to offer?

A Router would have an affect on the Spoofing. You’ll have to Spoof it, in front of the Router, and not from behind, as the Spoofer would not work as you’re only given an IP Address, from behind the Gateway.

Hi
I followed your video guide from YOUTUBE but it didn’t work.
I got my proxy list from:
proxy-list.org
I followed everthing like the video said & when I click the FREE button it still says “You have reached the download-limit for free-users.”
How out of date doesthe proxy-list get? Do I need to get new list every day?
I tried ipconfig/ renew but I got:
“operation failed as no adapter is in the state permissible for this operation”
So what does that mean? I’m on manual broadband connection (dialer needed with username & password).
My broadband connection uses a ADSL modem 2/2+ via ethernet cable to ethernet card.
Please help.

I don’t know if it’s the proxies, but I keep getting the rapidsearch site blocked by what looks like some French ISP. I’ve tried different lists but keep having the problem. What’s up?

You already know how to change the IP using the command prompt, with ipconfig/ flushdns, release, etc.
But I found a way to change a static IP (ISP). All people have a IP or ISP. So it ALWAYS works.

Hey just wondering i have managed to get Rapid hacker and it looks promising. Unfourtunantly when i attempt to spoof an IP i keep getting error message “run time error 339″ If further adds”Component MSWINSCK or one of its dependencies not currently registered; a file is missing or invalid”. On top of this i cant seem to get the window out of the window showing information leak. I am on wireless and do have a antivirus program tough I dont think those are too much of a problem. Plz help!

I triedRH 3.0 final and it would not even show the buttons to spoof my IP. So i entered RS and tried hitting the tab button 14 times as per the directions on the net and al that did was put the cursor at the up load window. I us Mcaffee wil enabling the scripts.
