All downloaded are corrupted and can not be open.Is there any solution?

Rapidown is either a fake or does not work properly. The reason that all the downloaded files are corrupted is because they are NOT the actual files but simply HTML files masked as the supposed files. The filesize is correct but the file itself is not the one requested. If you can download a small file using Rapidown, rename it with an HTML extension, and open it in your browser you’ll see what I mean. What a waste of time.

if you open the files to be downloaded
with any text viewer (like notepad)
u will notice that it just d/ls the
page you give as url..
The file is just a text file thats why it
seems corrupted..
Not only it uses a lot of cpu but
I Also noticed some uploading going on

This fake software can’t be uninstall. Try uninstalling it launcehes program and puts shortcuts in Start menu and startup folders, even if we deleted before launching uninstall. Can somebody help me uninstall this fake version?

By the way, do you use this software how it SHOULD de use?
To download rapidsharefiles You first have to choose Premium, THEN download with Rapishare.In the downloading window the URL is now written correct.Start downloading and wait ( its very very slow but it works.I’ve downloaded some for testing).Afterall try it again this way.I’ll wait for your answers…

If you can’t delete the dll file, just close explorer.exe in process list and execute command line. Then delete file with del command and lauch explorer.exe.

I also downloaded rapidown and unsuccessfully tried to unistall it – I ended up unistalling it in bits ie from task manager and program files. The desktop icon and the popup are no longer there, however, when I click Tools on IE Rapidown is still on the list but cannot activate it as the .exe is missing. Since then, I cannot access rapidshare either. When I type in a link and press GO nothing happens.
It would be great if someone has some ideas on how to fix this.

Try to download xp manager or vista manager if you are using xp or vista window respectively. Install it and it will remove that fucking shit!

RAPIDOWN DID WORK ON MY VISTA MACHINE A FEW WEEKS AGO BUT ON MY XP MACHINE EVERY FILE IS CORRUPT!

simple just kill window explorer procsess use task manager then rapidly u go to drive C.program files then find folder rapidown and delete it manually, i do this and work,simple way^^
