RoboBlather 1.0
RoboBlather is a text-to-speech application written using .NET 3.0. It runs on Windows XP and Vista. Rendered speech can be saved to a .WAV file and both talking speed and synthesis voice are user-selectable.
The list of available voices will vary based on the software you have installed on your system, but with the .NET framework installed you should have one or more voices.
Requires: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0.
