believe me it’s not that great as you think.. as the ‘yes’ and ‘no’ buttons are functioning with touch, and are very sensitive.. you cannot do anything on the phone using the left and right arrows, since you always press ‘yes’ and ‘no’ accidentally and it gets u either out of the menu or it starts calling the last dialled phone number.. it is fancy yea, but practical and functional - NO WAY!
Yes, but that’s just you, it doesn’t apply to every one else. I have the U600 and I can function it properly WITHOUT constantly touching the sensitive buttons… o.O
yea of course if u don’t know how to use it well at that point yes practical and functional no way……….but if u are blonde then u cannot acomodate yourself and u pop yourself out of the menu or whatever u are doing………..it’s a good phone and it is practical………and very functional………..so im sorry but keep your fingers at home and u won’t pop out……

u put music on ur fone by de computah, if u have limewire den dowload de songs yooh need, den click library den explore wen ur fone iz connected to de computah n den select de song(s) u need den click copii den click samsung U600 fing n u will have de song on ur fone and btw de fone iz kl so yh…

Had this phone for about 6 months +
I live in australia, and it’s not sold here, so its kind unique, but isn’t on any ringtone or game sites which is a bummer.
The phone is absolutely fabulous, I’m in love with it, don’t know how they fit so much in it.
Battery life is amazing, I went to school, and had music playing for over 6 hours non stop, and it still had 2/3 bars left.
I have the white version, it is very sexy.
The only bad thing, is, about 4 months ago, I cracked the screen, and I can’t find a replacement, as it is the screen, and not the LCD.
It was easy to crack, it was in my pocket, in a mock (meanie? it’s a mobile sock.) and I bumped into a table and immediately knew it had cracked.
But yeah, apart from that best phone ever!
Can’t go wrong.

Does anyone know why U600 takes blurred images mostly oftenly, and addig more to it, it also plays blurred video recordings after capturing no matter if you set it to the highest possible resolution, and if you convert a regular dvd/vcd movie to 3gp or mp4 and play on U600 it still won’t give you sharp and crisp video like its predecessors i.e. D600, D900 etc. I am a Samsung customer for long, I have used SGH-D500, SGH-D600 and D900 respectively but never experienced such hectic problem before…Does any one knows how to fix it or is it functioning the way this thing is designed.

I have a memory chip and something to attach it to the computer
but whenever I try to put a file on the memory chip it says the ‘disk is write-protected’ and that i have to remove the ‘write protection’ thingy…

Yeah, I just got this phone and I live in the US and I love it except for a few things.
The camera is unbearably slow. Its good for taking pictures of inanimate objects only.
Also, the sound. It seems that in a rush to pack so much cool stuff into it they overlooked some basic things. While I can change the background and the color of the numbers when I am dialing. To change the sound I have to go into settings and its a pain. I had a Razr before this and it had settings like Loud, Soft, Vibrate.. and I had them set perfectly for being in school and stuff. This phone doesnt have those. And I wish you could leave the sound on teh keypad on only for the touch pads and not the actual keys. I dont need to hear that I pressed a button but it would be nice to be able to hear if i accidentally bump one of the touch keys. My opinion of course.
Like i said, i think there are some basic features that really could use more attention but other than that I LOVE this phone. (It took me 4 people on ebay before i actually received it, so i better love it.)

the touch screen is rubbish, i have just sent my phone off to be replaced because the touch screen decided to give up randomly!!
i have had it since august. not a very long life really!
and you cant download or make themes.
overall a pretty boring phone.
I love this one!! Really great functions especially the SOS messages and much more.
