It’s “Release Candidate” not “Compilation”, and is similar to saying that it is “Beta 1″, meaning that all the bugs aren’t ironed out. And, it is not from Microsoft, so it is not an official service pack. MS just came out with a new service pack for XP that is targeted at OEMs, and is not available through lthem to the general public. I believe it is named SPc, baut I’m not sure I’m remembering correctly. Anyways, expect it to be in the forums soon.
